Untitled

Listens to the roar wallowing around the curve of the dirt road;

A grape car shows in peeps throughout the fennel-choked fence.

A young man's arm hangs from the driver's window;

Car runs hot.

He pours water into the steaming radiator;

The car starts and tools through the lane and south along the glare of the road.

While they eat supper;

Two men burst through the screen door, the one who'd stopped for water earlier.
