first budget to Trustees, through Dec. 31, 1913. Total resources (est.
$90,182.50) for buildings, faculty, office furniture, school room furniture,
lab equipment, etc. Each of these categories is broken into detail. Also
includes initial faculty nominations (Guilliams, Wood, Bradley, McElreath,
Creel, Carpenter, Pritchard, Norton & Rule). Date of school opening voted as
Jan. 2, 1913. Matriculation fees set at $10/year; room & board at $12/month;
training school fees at $2.50/half-year. |

procedure dated Jan. 15, 1912. Sections include: officers, duties of

stationery from State of Georgia Department of Education, M.L. Brittain,
superintendent. Brittain was one of the original Trustees. |
