report for 1928-29. Sections include: general affairs, financial, needs of
the college and faculty. The college is admitted to full membership in the
Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools of the Southern States. It
also received invitations to join the Southern Association of Womens
Colleges and the American Council on Education. Also of note is the death of
I.J. Hofmayer, trustee, on Aug. 27, 1929, after 1 year of service. Other
Board minutes concern "usual" business (funding, budget, faculty). |
