- Description
- Todd Casteel was fired because he was accused of sexual harrassment and the Cherokee Nation's highest court ruled that he was guilty. The juidicial appeals Tribunal demanded he get his job back because he was wrongfully terminated. The incident of harrasment was described and so was the timeline of the ruling, 5 months, way too long in the opinion of the Tribunal. There is much animosity in the Cherokee Nation for this.
