Description
The Treaty Party migrated Cherokees to new land. Those who refused to migrate were forced to by United States Troops; called The Trail of Tears. Tensions were high and in 1839 a triple assasination of the treaty creators were killed. Ol' Tom threatened David Buffington and ended up killing him.
