Description
Tom Starr was shot in the foot and almost died. Most rumors about him were false, but he enjoyed exaggerating the stories. The Cherokee Nation wanted to form a treaty with Tom; amnesty for all his crimes if he stopped his killings, to which he agreed. He later died in 1890.
