Description
Peltier is a leader of the American Indian Movement. He is asking U.S. District Judge Richard Rogers to either free him or order a new trial. Peltier's lawyers claim that the first trial was tainted that it pervaded the courtroom, and that the prosecutor failed to disclose key evidence.
