Article tells of the continued money struggles as well as the election and ejection of John Thomas who was elected Trible council. his council was found guilty of mis using Trible money. his tribe was also in $192,000 in debt that has been accumulation way before he took his place as councilman. Article continues on talking about way they can get a firm grip on policy and money in order to bring a better change to the Indian tribe.
