The following myth titled Journey of the Cherokees, this story about the origination form South America. It establishes the social hierarchy, form teachers, priest, messengers, markers of clothing, builders. They journey toward more fertile land crossing rivers like the Rio Grande, Red River, Arkansas, and Mississippi River, and finally ended up in the Great Smoky Mountains.
