This newsletter contains details of the Cherokee/Creek Freedman lineage of Preston Lee Washington. There are photos of Preston's maternal grandparents, Bertha McNac and Houston Mayfield and details about them as well. Also included is a modified register for Jess Hildebrand, Susie Hildebrand, Frances Hildebrand, and Bertha McNac. Following is a supplemental testimony for Hannah Riley as a Cherokee Freedman and the decision of John A. Wicks' request to enroll himself and his family in the Cherokee Nation.

No volume or issue number listed, but judging by the date and title, this is the second issue of the ninth volume. Also, there seem to be 2-3 different things in this series, but judging by page numbers, they go together as all part of the newsletter.
