Description
This newsletter begins by announcing the annual meeting at the Muskogee Public Library on March 22, 2002, and an overview of what will be presented. A section about dues is included as well as a request for a newsletter editor. Minutes about the meeting from August 31, 2002 are included, taken by Barbara Dunlap, secretary. A small section about Barbara Dunlap is underneath the minutes as well. Testimony of John Walker Jr.'s murder is also written in this issue. A section about Tyner Lee Ryder, Frances McNack, and a photocopy of a Freedmen roll concludes this newsletter.
