Equal Rights Newsletters Index, 1924-1954
Equal Rights was a publication of the National Woman’s Party, first issued in 1923 to advocate for the adoption of an Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In addition to political organizing, the publication addressed feminist issues and national and international developments. The Valdosta State University Archives holds issues of Equal Rights published by the NWP from 1924 to 1954, along with select issues of the later Equal Rights: Independent Feminist Weekly. Materials are digitized on request at no charge.
