International and Academic Superior Out-of-State Student: A limited number of international student waivers and academic superior out of state waivers are available to students based on past academic performance and potential to succeed here at ASU. Students must apply every academic year for the waiver.
Students receive in-state tuition rates, plus an automatic international student scholarship (18,800 for 23-24 school year), which covers about 60% of total cost for undergraduate students.

This scholarship is renewable each fall and spring semester for the duration of a typical degree program; reliant on full-time enrollment, good academic standing, and in-person study.
International Student Admissions (ISA) Scholarship available offering out-of-state tuition waiver. This scholarship is renewable each fall and spring semester for the duration of a typical degree program. Only available to individuals entering their first semester at UNF and studying on a F-1 or J-1 student visa.
The LAC and ISA scholarships cannot be combined.
Named in honor of the former Governor-General of Belize, the Sir Colvile Young Scholarship is available to both undergraduate and graduate education students. This is a competitive academic scholarship and must be applied for through the College of Education and Human Services.
